To ensure Radio 1089AM complies with the Broadcasting Standards Act 2000, we are obliged to disclose any commercial agreements Radio 1089AM Presenters may have.

Staff employed by Radio 1089AM 2EL (Orange Super Radio 2EL 1089 AM Pty Ltd) have NO commercial agreements in place.

Some programs on Radio 1089AM are relayed from the 2SM Supernetwork group of stations, these can include 2SM, 2HD and 2TM, a register of any agreements these presenters may have can be viewed by visiting the 2SM, 2HD or the 2TM websites. The Steve Liebmann Morning Show may have commercial agreements, these can be found by visiting the 2UE website.

The following statement provides the locally produced (p) or hosted (h) or market related (r) programming (between 5.00am and 8.00pm business days), in a simple and easy to read format.
